- All rentals require a refundable liability deposit of $200.00. This deposit is necessary to secure the date for your rental. Please note that this cost does not go towards the rental fee and will be refunded within 4 to 6 weeks after the date of your event if nothing has been broken or damaged.

-Teen parties require proof of security for ages 13-19, which must be submitted a week before the event.
-9pm is the latest for all rentals
-Non-profit organizations are required to bring their 501c3 document when submitting an application.
Note: For the floor plans, please use circles to indicate circular tables and rectangles for rectangular tables. Circular tables accommodate up to 6 people, while rectangular tables accommodate up to 7 people.
